Reservation booking and cancellation policies

Policies Regarding Advanced Booking

  1. * All "Out of Town", Airport Transportation, and Long Distance Trips, including "out of town" pick-up reservations must be pre-paid by credit card.
  2. Please call our office at (573) 426-3737 for other possible arrangements.
  3. Reservations MUST be booked within 24 hours of Departure to guarantee Time Slot Availability.    ALL Out of Town pick ups including pick up at the Airport MUST be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
  4. Transportation is only guaranteed at the time of your ORIGINAL reservation.
  5. CANCELLATIONS made to your reservation more than 24 hours in advance will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
  6. Reservations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are NON-REFUNDABLE.  We will hold the amount as an account credit for 48 hours to allow for Rescheduling.  Please Note - The reservation holder will need to call the office to reschedule.  Subject to a 25% Rescheduling Fee.
  7. Reservations booked with LESS than 24 hours notice are NOT refundable.
  8. Customers who book a reservation and do not show up for their reserved time will be considered a No Show and the reservation will NOT be refunded.  If the booking is for a round trip, the return trip will also be CANCELLED.
  9. Customers who show up and cancel upon arrival, either by phone or with the driver in person, will be considered a No Show and the reservation will NOT be refunded.
  10. The driver will stay in the pick up location for out of town and airport pick ups for 30 min.  If no contact is made by the reservation holder noting a schedule change then the driver will depart.  The reservation holder will be considered a No Show and the reservation will NOT be refunded.
